CrossFit Vicenza offers several hour-long CrossFit classes led by certified instructors. All classes will include some type of warm up, skill work and/or workout and a cool down. If time allows, we will suggest mobility/recovery movements. We highly recommend an extra 15-30 minutes of mobility work after class.

Workouts can be found on our Daily Workouts page, Facebook page or on SugarWOD {Search for CrossFit Vicenza, you’ll have to ask us for the password in class}. New posts will go up the evening before the workout. Some modifications to the workout may be made based on group abilities.

Individual Skill Work

Most coaches are more than happy to assist with individual skill work. If you’re new to CrossFit and need some extra help, don’t be afraid to ask a coach for some individual lessons. They may be able to schedule a couple sessions with you, or provide advice on movements you should work on before/after class.
