Work up to as heavy as possible, (keep core tight)

B:

For time (20min time Cap):
50 Back squat, 95/65#
50 GHD Sit-ups (AbMat Situps)
50 Back squat, 75/55#
50 Back extensions (Supermans)
50 Back squat, 55/35#
50 GHD Sit-ups (AbMat Situps)

C: Challenge: “Monkey Do”

Accumulate 10 min total of a dead hang from the bar. Every time you drop complete 5 Handstand Pushups (Pushups).  *Core and shoulders stay engaged while on the bar! Hollow body position!
