Back Squat for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 81%
#2: 1 rep @ 60%
#3: 3 reps @ 81%
#4: 1 rep @ 60%
#5: 3 reps @ 81%
#6: 1 rep @ 60%
#7: 3 reps @ 81%
#8: 1 rep @ 60%
#9: 3 reps @ 81%
#10: 1 rep @ 60%
#11: 3 reps @ 81%
-10 seconds down, 10 seconds up on the 60% sets

Conditioning:

Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats
