Pull Up Technique:

3 Rounds not for time:
3x max time “low” hold
-From a dead hang raise yourself as high as possible and hold top position for as long as possible
3x max time “high” hold
-From the top position of a pull up, lower yourself down to no lower than a 90 degree elbow bend. Hold the lowest position you can for as long as you can


Conditioning:

3 Rounds For Time:
9 steps/side OH walking lunge 95/65
15 Thruster 95/65
21 Burpee over bar
