Team Builder

In teams of 3 with a running clock, divide the work as desired with one member working at a time:

1500 m Row
**75 Snatch 95/65
50 Squat Clean 95/65
25 Muscle Up (1 MU = 1 C2B+1 Dip)
50 Squat Clean 95/65
75 Snatch 95/65
*800 m Run

* All members must complete
** Scale weight to be able to perform 4-6 touch-n-go reps in a row
