Back Squat Strength

3×3 Back squat @ AHAFA, increasing
-Rest 60-90 secs between sets

Front Squat Strength

3×3 Front Squat @ AHAFA, increasing
-Rest 60-90 secs between sets

Overhead Squat Strength

3×3 OHS @ AHAFA, increasing
-Rest 60-90 secs between sets

Partner WOD:

With a partner:
150 Cal Row

– One partner working at a time
– Partner not rowing must be bear hugging a plate 45/35 lb plate while the other partner is rowing
