Conditioning:

Dumbbell Snatch, alt @ 55/25
Pistol, alt

Handstand Hold:

Accumulate 3 minutes in a handstand hold. Either free standing, against the wall or a combination.

Squat Therapy:

Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of a supported squat (squat therapy position)
-DO NOT bottom out, stay active and rest as needed
-Use the rig, a heavy dumbbell or heavy kettlebell to support yourself
