Clean Complex:

Hang Clean + Clean from Ground + Front Squat
A. 2x 1+1+2 @ 60-70% 1RM Clean
B. 2x 1+1+1 @ 70-75%
C. 3x 1+1+1 @ AHAFA

-Hang Clean is anywhere above the knee to the hips
-Can be completed as Touch-n-go reps or you can drop the bar between the hang clean and clean from the ground

Conditioning:

10 min EMOM @ 50% of C:
3 Power Clean + 3 Front Squat
