1. 6 Pull Up
2. 8 Burpee
3. 4 HSPU
4. 6 Chin Up
5. Rest
-Focus on quality of movement not speed

Strength Test:

In 20 minutes find a heavy 1 rep Front Squat

2 Min MAX DU:

In 2 minutes MAX double unders
