Pulling Strength:

4×8 weighted Chin Up @ AHAFA
-Rest 60-90 secs between sets
4×8 Strict Pull Up
-Rest 60-90 secs between sets

Partner WOD:

With a partner, one partner working at a time:
100 Cal Row
-Other partner must hold 35/25 plates in each hand
200 Air Squats
-Other partner must hold plank position
100 STOH 95/65
-Other partner must hold 35/25 plate overhead
