Skill: Double Unders

8 Minutes of Double Under Practice:
Progession:
1. If you have consistent double unders, 30 seconds on/off max DU
2. If you have non-consistent double unders, 15 sec max FAST single unders+15 seconds max DU/30 secs off
3. If you dont have any double unders, 15 sec max height single unders (rope will be moving slower)+15 secs of FAST single unders/30 seconds off

Conditioning

A. In 6 minutes find max load for:
1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 STOH (shoulder to overhead)

Rest 2 minutes

B. 3 Rounds for time:
15 GTOH (ground to overhead) @ 50% of A
35 Wall Ball
*2 burpee penalty for dropping ball before set is complete
70 Double Unders (2:1, SU:DU)

*Record score as time for B
