1. Snatch Accessory

5×2 Pausing snatch deadlift @ 80-95% snatch
-3 second pause at the top of the knee each rep
-Use lifting straps if available

2. Conditioning

Run for 35 minutes
Every 5 minutes, stop and perform 15 burpees
*Record total distance ran
