  1. Strength
    4 x 4+8, Front Squat+Back Squat @ 50-55% of 1RM Front Squat
    -Perform 4 reps of FS, rack the weight then immediately start 8 reps of BS

    2. Conditioning
    For Time:
    100 Burpees
    *3 Air squats at the top of each minute
