  1. Conditioning
    12 Rounds, 45 sec ON/15 sec OFF
    @ 2000 m pace
  2. Strength
    5x 2+4, Front Squat+Back Squat @ 80-85% of 1RM Front Squat
    -Perform 2 reps of Front Squat, rack the weight, then immediately perform 4 reps of back squat
    -Rest 3-4 minutes between sets
