  2. Conditioning
    20 min AMRAP
    5 C2B
    10 WB 20/14
    20 KB Swing 24/16 (American)
  3. Skill
    Choose either: Double Unders or Handstand hold
    10 mins of practice
    -If you have DU practice Triple Unders
    -If you have handstand holds, practice HSPU
