  2. Strength
    Overhead Squat, 5×5, AHAFA, from rack
    REST 5 min
    Snatch Grip Deadlift, 5×5, AHAFA
  3. Conditioning
    7 min AMRAP
    3 Clean and Jerk 135/95
    3 TTB
    Increase by 3 reps for both movements each round (3, 6, 9, 12…)
