    1. 8 Box Jump 24/20
    2. 12 Air Squat
    3. 20-30 Handstand Hold
    4. 12 ft Overhead Walking Lunge 95/65
  4. Strength
    A. Bent-over-barbell Row Palm Up, 4×4, AHAFA (As Heavy As Form Allows)
    B. Strict Press, 4×6, AHAFA
    Complete A and B as a super-set and rest 2-3 mins between sets
