10 am Class WOD:
1. Warm Up
600 m Run
30 Air Squat

2. WOD Set Up and Strech
Warm Up the movements and load the bars to the correct weight. Each team will have to separate bars.

With a partner complete the following:
Carse
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Squat Clean 95/65
Double-under (2:1 Single under to Double Unders)
Deadlift 185/115
Box Jump 24/20
