  1. Warm Up
    5 Rounds For Quality (Ensure that you are concentrating on technique and body position not speed):
    200m Run
    7 Hand-release-push up
    6 Dumbbell Snatch 35/25
  2. Conditioning
    Open Workout 12.1:
    Complete as many Burpees as possible in 7 minutes
  3. Strength
    6×3 Strict Press @ 75-80%
